  • ounce apples i use 2 granny smith apples unpeeled
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise light
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir until smooth with a whisk. Set aside.
  2. Shred apple.
  3. Combine shredded apple and cabbage in a large bowl; add mayonnaise mixture, and toss gently to coat.
