  • 14 ounce artichoke hearts drained cut in half lengthwise canned
  • cup bisquick original baking mix all-purpose
  • 1.5 teaspoons cajun spice 
  • large eggs 
  • small green onions sliced
  • cup milk 
  • ounce parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups shrimp frozen thawed cooked coarsely chopped
  • ounce swiss cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Sprinkle shrimp and green onions in a lightly greased 9-inch pieplate.
  2. Combine Swiss and Parmesan cheeses; sprinkle half of cheese mixture evenly over shrimp mixture.
  3. Whisk together baking mix and next 3 ingredients until blended.
  4. Pour evenly over cheeses in pieplate; top with artichoke heart halves, cut sides down, and remaining cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 400 for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
