Ingredients

  •  avocados pitted halved lengthwise
  • servings bibb lettuce leaves 
  • tablespoons chili sauce 
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise 
  • teaspoon paprika 
  • servings pimento peppers sliced for garnish
  • servings salt to taste
  • cup salad shrimp cooked
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp, chives, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce. Season with salt.
  2. Mound the shrimp mixture into avocado halves, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Place avocado halves on Bibb lettuce leaves that have been dusted with paprika.
  4. Garnish with strips of pimento to serve.
