  • ounce tortilla chips white blue yellow
  • teaspoon garlic minced
  • bunch green onions sliced
  • teaspoons ground cumin toasted
  • 0.5 cup pickled jalapeño sliced
  • pound lump crab meat cleaned
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • cups pepper jack cheese grated
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • 0.8 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, cumin, and garlic; saut 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
  3. Combine cooked shrimp, crab, sour cream, and green onions in a large bowl.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Top with shrimp mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese, and top with jalapeo.
  6. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  7. Serve immediately.
