  • tablespoons rosemary fresh chopped
  • tablespoons garlic minced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • cups polenta dry
  • tablespoons pepper flakes red
  • tablespoon salt 
  •  kielbasa sausage chopped
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • pound shrimp - deveined uncooked peeled
  • cups water
