  • tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons chablis wine 
  • cups rice long-grain cooked
  • ounces mushrooms fresh sliced
  • ounces garlic spread mixed with 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
  • tablespoons hot sauce louisiana-style
  • tablespoon key lime juice fresh
  • tablespoons scallions chopped
  • medium size shrimp cleaned peeled (21 to 25 count or medium-size)

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add shrimp and lobster and saute until the shrimp turns pink, about 2 to 3 minutes (be careful not to overcook).
  3. Add the mushrooms and scallions, and saute until just tender, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the Chablis and Key Lime
  5. Mix and continue cooking until Key Lime
  6. Mix melts and is thoroughly mixed throughout the seafood.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
