  • servings rice hot cooked
  • tablespoons ginger fresh grated
  • servings garnish: green onion sliced
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5  bell pepper red thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper dried red crushed
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • pound beef top sirloin steaks boneless cut into thin, 2-inch-long strips
  • teaspoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.5  bell pepper yellow thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to coat.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add steak and marinade to pan; cook 3 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
  4. Add shrimp and bell peppers, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
  6. Garnish, if desired.
