  • 30 ounce cannellini beans rinsed drained canned
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt divided
  • 2.5 pounds shrimp deveined peeled
  • cups watercress trimmed ( 3 bunches)
