  • small cucumber sliced quartered

  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons pickled jalapeño chiles minced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon cracked pepper 
  • 0.3 cup onion red sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled

Directions

  1. Cook shrimp in a pot of boiling water 3 minutes or until just done; rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
