  • tablespoon curry powder 
  • teaspoons sesame oil dark
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 cups ounce bag) rice instant uncooked (1 () (such as Success)

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 pound shrimp peeled
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, and cool.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and garlic; saut 2 minutes.
  4. Add peas, curry, and salt, and stir-fry 1 minute. Stir in rice, and stir-fry 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame oil.
