  • 0.3 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  • 0.5 cup celery diced
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup canned
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.5 cup green onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper sauce hot to taste
  • servings salt to taste
  • pound shrimp cleaned
  • tablespoons tomato paste

Directions

  1. In a 2 quart microwave safe dish, combine margarine, onion, green onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery.
  2. Heat on High settings for 8 to 9 minutes.
  3. Stir in parsley, tomato paste, soup, shrimp, salt, hot pepper sauce and cayenne.
  4. Heat on High setting for 5 minutes. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes until mixture thickens.
  5. Serve over white rice.
