  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cups rice long-grain chilled cooked
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • tablespoons less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  • cups green onions chopped
  • tablespoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • 10 ounce peas green frozen thawed
  • tablespoons rice wine 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp cooked peeled coarsely chopped
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add eggs; stir-fry 30 seconds or until soft-scrambled.
  4. Add onions and ginger; stir-fry 1 minute.
  5. Add rice, shrimp, and peas; stir-fry 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Add broth mixture; toss gently to coat.
