  • teaspoons cumin seeds toasted ( and ground)
  • tablespoons fish sauce 
  • tablespoon galangal grated (or ginger, )
  • cloves garlic grated ()
  •  juice of lime (juice and zest)
  • stalks lemongrass peeled chopped ( & )
  • tablespoons coconut sugar grated ( or brown sugar)
  • 0.3 cup satay sauce 
  • pound shrimp shelled deveined ( and )
  • teaspoon turmeric (ground)
