  • tablespoons butter 
  • cups brown rice long-grain hot cooked
  • tablespoon ginger fresh peeled thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 pound shrimp deveined peeled
