Ingredients

  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • tsp garlic minced
  •  env. seasons garlic & herb dressing mix good
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil divided
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.1 tsp pepper 
  • 1.5 lb shrimp cleaned

Directions

  1. Mix dressing mix, juice, 1/4 cup water, 2 Tbsp. of the oil, parsley, garlic and pepper until well blended; set aside.
  2. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onion; cook and stir until tender but not browned.
  4. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in salad dressing mixture.
  5. Bring to a boil on medium heat; boil 1 minute.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
