  • tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1.5 lb shrimp frozen thawed deveined uncooked peeled (tail shells removed)
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • tablespoons spring onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup beer 
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce 
  • serving hot sauce red
  • serving salt and pepper 
  • teaspoons cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
