  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • 12 ounce evaporated milk fat-free canned
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 2.5 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 16 ounce pizza crust italian cheese-flavored (such as Boboli)
  • ounces sharp provolone cheese grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  • cups pkt spinach chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 42
  2. Place crust on a baking sheet; set aside.
  3. Combine cornstarch, milk, and garlic in a small saucepan, stirring well with a whisk. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in salt and pepper.
  4. Spread sauce over crust.
  5. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat; saut shrimp 3 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms; saut 2 minutes. Stir in spinach; cook 1 minute or until spinach wilts.
  7. Drain. Spoon shrimp mixture over sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with oregano and basil. Top with cheeses.
  9. Bake at 425 for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
