  • pound mushrooms fresh
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.3 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup shrimp cooked chopped

Directions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.
  2. Spray mushroom caps with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  3. Stir together chopped mushrooms, shrimp, and next 4 ingredients. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps; sprinkle evenly with cheese, if desired.
  4. Place on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
