  •  avocado diced pitted ripe peeled
  • 10-inch flour tortillas warmed ()
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup honey butter 
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  •  mangos diced peeled seeded
  • 0.3 cup onion red chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound salad shrimp 
  •  tomatoes diced

Directions

  1. Toss the mango, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic, salt, and lime juice together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the honey butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp; cook and stir until pink and opaque, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. To serve, place a few shrimp onto a warm tortilla, top with mango salsa and fold up. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
