  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 cup heavy cream 
  •  lime 
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • tablespoons onion grated
  • servings salt

  • 24 medium shrimp deveined peeled
  •  tortillas

Directions

  1. To make the slaw: In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, heavy cream, chipotle pepper and salt.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrots and onions to the mayo mixture and mix well. Set aside.In a medium bowl mix the cumin, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Place the shrimp in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked.To serve, spoon chipotle slaw on the tortilla, then top with shrimp and fresh cilantro.
