  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • Tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder 
  • bunch parsley chopped
  • pinch pepper flakes red
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • servings salt and pepper black to taste
  •  scallions chopped
  • 1.3 lb shrimp deveined peeled
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. In a fry pan over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil.
  2. Add the shrimp season with garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.Cook, stirring, until the shrimp curl and turn pink, about 6 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the cilantro-parsley sauce.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend all ingredients into a paste.
  5. Add more water if necessary.
