  • large chipotle chile canned
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.7 cup half-and-half 
  • teaspoon orange rind grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 pounds shrimp deveined peeled

Directions
