  • 14 oz canned tomatoes diced drained canned
  • 2.7 cups brown rice long-grain hot cooked
  • lb salmon fillet skinless
  • 0.5 cup sun tomato vinaigrette dressing dried kraft
  •  zucchini red yellow chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine zucchini, squash and peppers in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with fish.
  3. Mix tomatoes and dressing; spoon over fish.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  5. Serve with rice.
