  • 16 ounce okra fresh frozen thawed
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper dried red crushed
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • medium size onion sweet chopped
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Saut first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
  2. Add okra; saut 15 minutes or until okra is lightly browned. Stir in salt.
  3. *1/2 teaspoon dry mustard may be substituted for 1 teaspoon mustard seeds.
