  • 16 ounce kidney beans canned rinsed mashed drained
  • 28 ounce canned tomatoes canned crushed
  • tablespoons chili powder 
  • tablespoon garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil 
  •  onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups water
