Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup cherries dried
  • 0.5  juice of lime finely grated
  •  navel oranges 
  • 0.3 cup pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • cup grapes red halved
  • pound strawberries hulled halved quartered ( if small)
  • tablespoon strawberry jam

Directions

  1. In a small heatproof bowl, cover cherries with boiling water.
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes; drain, reserving liquid.
  3. Add berries and grapes to bowl with cherries.
  4. Over a bowl, use a paring knife to remove skin and pith from oranges. Slice alongside membranes of each segment, releasing segments. Squeeze juice from membranes.
  5. Transfer segments to bowl with cherries; reserve juice.
  6. In a small pan, combine reserved liquid from cherries, reserved orange juice and lime zest and juice.
  7. Add jam. Boil until reduced by half, about 3 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely at room temperature.
  9. Before serving, drizzle sauce over fruit and top with pomegranate arils.
