If you’re looking for a fun, crowd-pleasing dessert drink that feels like a tropical vacation in a glass, this Singapore Sling Slush is exactly the kind of recipe that gets people talking. It takes all the classic, fruity flavors of a Singapore Sling and turns them into an icy, refreshing slush that’s perfect for parties, summer gatherings, or any time you want something a little bit playful and a lot delicious. With notes of cherry, pineapple, citrus, and a gentle fizz from lemon-lime soda, every sip is bright, sweet, and wonderfully nostalgic.
One of the best parts about this recipe is how easy it is to scale for a crowd—this batch serves up to 46 people, making it ideal for entertaining without the stress of mixing individual cocktails all night. You simply prepare the slush base ahead of time, let it freeze, and then finish each serving with a splash of soda and a cherry on top. It’s also naturally gluten free and dairy free, so it fits beautifully into a variety of dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or fun.
Despite its impressive yield and layered flavors, the hands-on time is surprisingly minimal, and the freezing process does most of the work for you. The result is a vibrant, jewel-toned slush that looks stunning on the table and tastes even better than it looks.
