  • 1.5 lb beef sirloin steak boneless
  • 0.3 tsp coarsely ground pepper black
  • 0.3 cup a.1. original sauce 
  • tsp oil divided
  • large onion red separated thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp sage leaves dried crushed

Directions

  1. Cut steak into 6 equal portions. Rub both sides evenly with pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tsp. of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add steak; cook 5 min. on each side for medium doneness (160F).
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add remaining 1 tsp. oil to drippings in skillet.
  6. Add onions; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Add steak sauce and sage; cook an additional 2 min., stirring occasionally. Slice steak.
  8. Serve relish over the steak slices.
