  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  •  bell pepper green seeded cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  •  bell pepper red seeded cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt divided
  • pound sirloin tips 
  • teaspoons tomatoes (such as Mrs. Dash)
  • large vidalia sweet cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.3 cup water divided

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat.
  2. Sprinkle sirloin tips with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
  3. Add beef to pan, and cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until desired degree of doneness.
  4. Remove beef from pan; set aside, and keep warm.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-high.
  6. Add onion and peppers to pan; saut 3 minutes.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons water; cook 1 minute.
  8. Add beef to onion mixture; sprinkle with seasoning blend and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  9. Add 1/4 cup water to pan; bring to boil, scraping browned bits from bottom of pan. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
