  • oz tomato sauce canned
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened ()
  • clove garlic minced
  • Tbsp 2 tbsp. kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • 1.5 lb ground beef lean
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.8 lb new potatoes cooked cut into 1/2-inch cubes ( 7)
  • cup onions sliced
  •  poblano chiles peeled seeded cut into strips
  • 0.5 cup planters walnut pieces toasted

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook 3 min. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in meat; cook 8 to 10 min. or until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in potatoes, chiles and tomato sauce; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
  4. Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients in blender until well blended.
  5. Serve spooned over meat mixture.
