Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Add broth, water, basil and garlic.
  5. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in broccoli. Top with chicken.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until rice is done.
