Ingredients

  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes italian-style undrained chopped canned
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 24 ounce center-cut pork chops (1/)
  • 1.5 cups quick-cooking 5-minute rice uncooked
  • ounce no-salt-added tomato sauce canned
  • 0.7 cup water

Directions

  1. Trim fat from chops. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add chops, and cook 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  4. Combine rice and remaining 5 ingredients in skillet; bring to a boil. Arrange chops over rice mixture. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
