  • 12 ounce 3%-less-sodium ham lean
  • 0.3 cup peach spread 
  • tablespoon water 
  • teaspoons grain dijon mustard whole

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Coat both sides of ham slices with cooking spray.
  3. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add ham slices; cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  5. Transfer ham to a platter.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  7. Add peach spread mixture to pan; cook 30 seconds until peach spread melts.
  8. Add ham slices; cook 2 minutes, turning frequently to glaze.
