Ingredients

  • 4.5 oz chilis green undrained chopped old el paso® canned
  • 15 oz chili sauce undrained canned
  • cup regular corn fresh green frozen giant® niblets®
  • cups corn chips 
  • lb ground beef 80% lean (at least )
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 19 oz all natural tomato soup hearty progresso® canned

Directions

  1. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook beef and onion in skillet 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain.
  2. Stir soup, chili beans, green chiles and corn into beef mixture.
  3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is slightly thickened and corn is cooked.
  4. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
  5. Serve with corn chips.
