Ingredients

  • cups cabbage coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon caraway seeds 
  • cup chicken broth dry white
  •  bell pepper green cut into strips
  • medium onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 16 ounce kielbasa sausage cut into 1-inch pieces

  • paper towels

Directions

  1. Saut sausage in a large heavy skillet over medium heat until browned; drain on paper towels.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper to skillet, and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage, and cook, stirring often, 8 minutes.
  4. Add sausage, wine, and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
