  • 16 oz cream sour reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup skim milk fat-free (skim)
  • tablespoons butter 68% melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 30 oz hash browns shredded frozen thawed
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped (1 medium)
  • oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded 2% reduced-fat
  • cups croutons fat-free crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
