  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper 
  • cup cilantro leaves fresh coarsely chopped
  • medium garlic clove 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • pound skirt steak
