  • teaspoons chili powder 
  • 14 ounce fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free canned
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cup bell pepper green finely chopped
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef lean
  • 15 ounce natural butter extract rinsed drained canned
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounce tomato paste canned
  • ounce hamburger buns whole wheat toasted

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; saut 3 minutes.
  3. Add meat to pan; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in tomato paste; cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and broth. Reduce heat, and simmer 12 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn; cook for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  5. Spoon about 1 cup meat mixture on bottom half of each hamburger bun; cover with top half of each bun.
