  • pound collard greens fresh chopped
  •  bell pepper green seeded coarsely chopped
  •  green onions chopped
  • 12 servings pepper sauce 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.3 pounds turkey wing smoked

Directions

  1. Remove skin and meat from turkey wing, discarding skin and bone. Coarsely chop meat.
  2. Combine chopped turkey and next 6 ingredients in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 9 hours or until greens are tender.
  4. Serve with pepper sauce.
  5. Soppin' Up: Have some corn bread or rolls handy for sopping up the juices.
