  •  bay leaves 
  • large carrots peeled cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • stalks celery cut into bite-size pieces
  • oz philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese spread 
  •  eggs 
  • 2.5 cups chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • 0.3 cup chives fresh chopped
  •  onions chopped
  • lb pork tenderloin cut into 1-inch pieces
  • oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken
  • cup warm water

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in slow cooker; cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours). Discard bay leaves.
  2. Mix eggs, stuffing mix and water; shape into 8 balls.
  3. Add cream cheese spread to slow cooker; stir until melted. Gently stir in stuffing balls; cook, covered, on HIGH 30 min.
  4. Turn off slow cooker.
  5. Let stand 15 min.
  6. Serve stew and dumplings topped with chives.
