  •  apples cored peeled cut into bite sized pieces
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • cups milk (or 2 more cups water)
  • dash nutmeg grated
  • 0.3 cup raisins 
  • cup irish oats 
  • 0.3 cup walnuts chopped
