  • pounds pork stew meat bone-in country-style
  • medium onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup hoisin sauce 
  • 0.3 cup seasoned rice vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • tablespoon ground ginger grated
  • teaspoons sesame oil 
  • leaves cilantro leaves fresh
