Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds round steak boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • cups coleslaw mix shredded
  • 0.5 cup onion coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 cup rice long-grain uncooked
  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce 
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • 10  sandwich rolls

Directions

  1. Spray 3- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Cut beef into 3-inch pieces.
  3. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix coleslaw mix, onion, rice, barbecue sauce and water in large bowl.
  5. Layer beef and coleslaw mixture in slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours. To serve, fill buns with beef mixture.
