  • lb beef top sirloin steaks boneless cut into 3x1/2x1/4-inch strips
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 10.8 oz cream of mushroom soup canned
  • cups noodles hot cooked
  • oz cream cheese cubed (from 8-oz package)
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • oz mushrooms fresh sliced
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • oz cream sour

Directions

  1. In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef strips, onion and garlic; cook 7 to 9 minutes or until beef is browned.
  3. In 3 1/2- to 4 1/2-quart slow cooker, mix beef mixture, soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover; cook on low heat setting 5 to 6 hours or until beef is tender.
  5. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir in sour cream until well blended.
  6. Serve over noodles.
