  • 2.5 pounds sweet potatoes and into peeled cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • pound pork shoulder boneless (tied or in netting)
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • teaspoons salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • clove garlic finely chopped

Directions

  1. Place sweet potato slices in 5 to 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Place pork
  3. on sweet potatoes.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl; sprinkle

  7. Remove pork from cooker; place on cutting board.
