Ingredients

  • cups rice white cooked
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 14 ounces condensed milk sweetened canned
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk canned
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Spray inside of 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon in cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Stir pudding.
  4. Sprinkle pudding with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Serve warm. Note: This recipe was tested in slow cookers with heating elements in the side and bottom of the cooker, not in cookers that stand only on a heated base. For slow cookers with just a heated base, follow the manufacturer’s directions for layering ingredients and choosing a temperature.
