Ingredients

  • 16 ounces baked beans canned
  • 0.3 cup barbecue sauce 
  • 1.5 cups coleslaw mix prepared
  • teaspoon jalapeno finely chopped
  • 12  onion rolls split
  • medium onion sliced
  • pound pan drippings from roast beef preferably boneless trimmed of fat

Directions

  1. Place onions in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Add beef. Top with bakedbeans and barbecue sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Remove beef from cooker; place on cutting board. Shred beef, using 2forks. Return beef to cooker and mix well. Stir in chili. To serve, place1/2 cup beef mixture in each roll and top with 2 tablespoons coleslaw.
