  • 1.5 pounds potatoes - remove skin red cut in half
  • cloves garlic peeled
  • pound top round beef roast boneless trimmed of fat
  • envelope onion soup mix dry (from 2.4-ounce package)
  • 10.8 ounces cream of mushroom soup canned
  • cups broccoli florets frozen (from 1-pound bag)

Directions

  1. Place potatoes and garlic in 4- to 5-quart slow cooker.
  2. Place beef on potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle dry soup mix over beef; pour beefy mushroom soup over all.

  5. Remove beef from cooker; place on cutting board.
  6. Cut beef into slices; place on serving platter with potatoes and garlic. Cover to keep warm.
