Ingredients

  • 19.5 oz turkey sausage gluten-free sweet italian
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes diced organic undrained canned
  • 36 oz garden peas canned
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans rinsed drained canned
  • oz canned tomatoes canned
  • teaspoon seasoning gluten-free italian
  • oz macaroni gluten-free uncooked
  • oz parmesan gluten-free shredded

Directions

  1. In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix sausage and all remaining ingredients except macaroni and cheese.
  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 hours.
  3. Stir macaroni into slow cooker. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook about 20 minutes longer or until macaroni is tender.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
