Ingredients

  • pound pork shoulder boneless trimmed of fat
  • tablespoon greek olives 
  • cup salad dressing 
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 16  wholewheat pita breads 
  • medium cucumber cut lengthwise into thin slices
  • 1.5 cups tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. If pork is tied, remove strings or netting.
  2. Place pork in 3- to 4-quart slow

  4. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning.
